I Face Brewing Failure and Exclamation Error on DeLonghi Magnifica Evo

I own a DeLonghi Magnifica Evo coffee machine, and I am facing a persistent technical problem. Despite performing all necessary maintenance and cleaning procedures, the machine displays an exclamation mark error whenever I try to brew coffee. Although it grinds the coffee beans properly, it fails to complete the brewing process and stops working.
I attempted the brewing process twice to troubleshoot the issue myself, but the error repeated each time. Since I did not want to risk damaging the machine further, I did not attempt additional cycles and therefore could not take a photo of the error in action. I carefully cleaned the internal parts, checked the water level, and followed all maintenance steps described in the manual, but the problem persists.
This issue has disrupted my daily routine and caused disappointment, especially considering the quality reputation of the DeLonghi brand. I purchased this coffee machine expecting reliable performance, but now it is unusable despite my efforts to maintain it properly.
I request that DeLonghi provide an immediate solution, whether through a repair, replacement, or technical inspection of my coffee machine. I also expect clear guidance on how to prevent this problem in the future.
Please resolve this issue urgently so that I can enjoy my coffee machine without further inconvenience.
