I Face Screen Scratch and Warranty Delays with My Dell XPS 13 9320 Laptop

I own a Dell XPS 13 US 9320 laptop, and even though it’s still under warranty, visible scratches have appeared on the screen, making the device almost unusable. I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a month now.
Following Dell’s instructions, I submitted photos of the defect and my purchase invoice, but it’s been 20 days and all I keep hearing is that my “invoice is under review.” No progress has been made, and I haven’t received a customer reference number, which makes it very difficult to track my case.
I’ve contacted Dell Türkiye customer service multiple times, but still haven’t received any clear response or solution. My laptop is within the warranty period, and I haven’t been asked to make any payment.
I urgently request that Dell repair or replace my device and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
