Unable to Reach Dell Service for New Laptop Under Warranty
I recently purchased a Dell laptop that’s still under warranty, but I’m having serious trouble contacting their service team. Dell Turkey told me to fill out a service request form, which I did, but no one has reached out since then. I’m dealing with a major issue where there’s no sound coming from the laptop, neither through the speakers nor headphones, despite the device being brand new. It’s frustrating that I can’t get proper support for a product still covered by warranty. How am I supposed to send my laptop in for service if I can’t even get in touch with anyone? Dell needs to improve its customer service and help me resolve this issue immediately.
