I Face Missing TPM and Advanced BIOS Mode on My Dell G3 15 3590

16

I own a Dell G3 15 3590 laptop, and I’ve noticed that the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) setting is missing from my BIOS. Additionally, I don’t have access to the “Advanced Mode” option that I’ve seen available on other Dell laptops. This limitation seems to cause compatibility issues, especially with Riot Games titles like League of Legends, and it’s starting to affect my gaming experience.

I’ve had this laptop for about five years, and the warranty has expired. I haven’t contacted Dell technical support or customer service yet, and no service or repair fee has been requested.

I expect Dell to address this issue by adding TPM 2.0 support through a future BIOS update and to provide a clear explanation regarding the absence of Advanced Mode on this model. I would also like clarification on whether the game performance issues I’m experiencing are directly related to these BIOS limitations.

I request a detailed explanation and a practical solution to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
