Unable to Activate TPM 2.0 on My MSI Thin Laptop for Windows 11 Upgrade

82

I purchased an MSI Thin series laptop a week ago, and despite the product and BIOS settings indicating TPM 2.0 support, I am unable to activate it. Although TPM 2.0 is visible in the BIOS, it remains non-functional, preventing me from upgrading to Windows 11.

I have searched extensively for solutions but found no helpful resources or guidance. Reaching MSI customer service has been extremely challenging, with no response or follow-up from their end. As a new customer, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I urgently request MSI to resolve this issue by providing clear instructions or a BIOS update to enable TPM 2.0 functionality. This needs immediate attention.
