Dell G15 Frustrating Post-Sales Service Issues
I've been using my Dell G15 laptop for over ten months without any serious concerns. However, it abruptly shut down during normal operation. When I reported the problem to customer service, they promised me that on-site help would enable a motherboard replacement. However, they did not reveal that the replacement motherboard had previously been serviced and repaired. Replacing my old motherboard with a refurbished one left me profoundly concerned. Selling a product with a broken part and then attempting to replace it with a reconditioned one is unsatisfactory, raising questions about Dell's commitment to customer happiness.
As a consumer, I am deeply unsatisfied with the situation. Despite paying a premium for Dell's reputation and anticipating excellent after-sales care, my experience was disappointing. The loss of data due to the unexpected shutdown and motherboard replacement has created major inconvenience. This experience has eroded my confidence in Dell's product quality and customer service.
I expect Dell to keep its commitment to customers by providing services that live up to its promises.
