Dell Gaming G15 5520 Color Issues and Poor Customer Service!
For my graphic design work, I purchased a Dell Gaming G15 5520 Intel Core i5 12500H 8GB 512GB SSD RTX3050 Ubuntu 15.6" Portable Computer from the gti Bilişim store on hepsiburada.com on April 13th. When I first started using the laptop, I noticed that the colors were all off. Red appeared orange rather than red. Blue, green, and many other color tones were distorted as well. When we attempted to use the Dell laptop for design work, the colors appeared differently on external monitors and other computers. We notified the service center about the problem. Despite having the monitor replaced within a week of purchasing the new device, the problem persisted. The mainboard was later replaced, but the problem persisted. We stated unequivocally that we believed the product was defective and requested a one-to-one replacement, but we received no response. I also discovered that several people in my social circle have had problems with Dell laptops. A computer I purchased for around 20,000 Turkish lira six months ago is now sitting unused because it cannot display colors correctly. My hard-earned money has essentially been squandered. I've given the device to a lawyer friend of mine, and we intend to file a lawsuit in this matter. I'm sharing this so that others don't have to go through the same ordeal.
