I Face Deichmann Customer Service Giving No Solution For My Unshipped Order

On September 26, I placed an order through Deichmann’s official website for a pair of boots (order number 770001039) and paid ₺2,069. However, my order has not been shipped for eight days. On the fifth day, I requested to cancel the order, but even after three more days, no cancellation has been processed, and I keep getting delayed with empty promises. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no cancellation request had been initiated by the seller.

During this period, I called Deichmann customer service five times and also sent emails, but each time I received the same generic responses without any real solution. Even though I have requested a refund for my order, no action has been taken, and I am being left completely helpless.

This was my first purchase from this brand, and I deeply regret it due to such a poor customer experience. I demand that the full amount of my order be refunded immediately.
