Foul Odor in Puma Shoes Ignored!
I went to Deichmann and bought a pair of Puma shoes. I asked them to put an orthopedic insole in them for me. The store employee suggested a Fila insole, which I tried and found to be very comfortable. But after only a week, the shoes started to have a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. Even though Deichmann has heard complaints about it in the past, it looks like no one there cares. They don't care about their customers' happiness more than any other company I've ever dealt with. It seems like the only thing they care about is making money. I have decided that I will never shop at this store again, and I will do everything I can to get other people to think the same.
