I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my son from the Deichmann store in Istanbul, Turkey's Optimum mall. Unfortunately, one of my son's shoes makes an audible noise when he walks, rendering it uncomfortable and unfit for use. We approached the store immediately and asked for a replacement, but our request was denied. Subsequently, we returned the shoes to the store and filed a formal complaint; the shoes were then sent for inspection. The store then contacted us to collect the shoes, but since the problem had not been resolved, we left them a second complaint requesting a replacement. A week later, we received notification from the store that the shoes were ready for pickup. Nevertheless, my son refuses to wear the defective shoes, and we continue to request a replacement. As a consumer, I expect the product to be of satisfactory quality, and receiving a defective item is disappointing. We have faith that Deichmann will acknowledge our complaint and replace the defective shoes without delay, ensuring customer satisfaction.
