I'm disappointed in Deichmann because I just bought a pair of Nike cleats for my 9-year-old son two months ago. The shoes' soles recently separated. I returned them to Deichmann, expecting them to honor their warranty. However, after ten days, I received a response stating that "no production-related defects were found, therefore the replacement has not been approved." But I never claimed it was a manufacturing flaw in the first place. Within two months, the product had disintegrated. So, what good is the warranty? Why did I pay 1350 TL for my 9-year-old's cleats? The problem is with Deichmann, not with the brand. Deichmann personnel conducted the inspection, so Deichmann bears responsibility. Even a street vendor would take better care of their wares than Deichmann.
