In July, I bought a pair of Nike Blazers. A few months later, in October, I noticed that the side of the shoes had opened, rendering them unwearable. Upon returning them to the shop where I had originally bought them, the sneakers were forwarded to Nike headquarters for further examination. Unfortunately, the factory did not accept my complaint and sent the shoes back to me. As a customer who has spent their hard-earned money on a pair of Nike sneakers, I anticipate superior treatment. Because Nike is such a popular and high-priced brand in Turkey, I have high expectations for the quality and longevity of my new kicks. Now I have a pair of shoes that serve no purpose and are useless to me. Please take my feedback into consideration and find a fair and reasonable resolution for my issue, Nike.
