Nike Air Zoom Sneakers Warranty Issue
I bought my son a pair of Nike Air Zoom sneakers from the Nike store in Beyoglu, Istanbul, last July. Sorry, but the bottom part of the shoes has become loose and warped. I recently moved to a different city called Adana. When I went to a local Nike store there, they declined my request to have my items inspected. I tried calling and emailing the store in Beyoglu, Istanbul, but I haven't heard back from them. These shoes are real Nike shoes with a brand guarantee, so I should be able to ask for a replacement or refund if needed. Why can't this happen?
