Deichmann Nike Shoes Defect & Warranty Fail




I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my child at the Deichmann shoe store on 07.04.2024. Unfortunately, after only wearing them twice, the front part of the shoes opened up. The store has denied my request for an exchange that I made on 19.04.2024, stating that there was no production-related error. I am eagerly anticipating a resolution to this matter, otherwise I will be compelled to pursue my legal rights.
