Like two months ago, I paid 1350 TL. The quality is trash and their customer service is a joke. I only wore these shoes like 10 times and they already got a big tear on the side. I rang the company about the problem, but they were like, "Sorry, can't do anything without a receipt." Lame. But don't worry, they've got all the important stuff like when you bought it, the item number, and your info saved in their system. It's pretty clear that I didn't drop 1350 TL on a pair of shoes just to wear them 10 times. If I wanted fake shoes, I wouldn't have shelled out so much cash. I've got rights, and I'm not gonna put up with their lack of concern for making me happy. I'm gonna take this up a notch and file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. If I have to, I'll even go legal to get my money back.
