I bought these Adidas walking shoes from Deichmann in Mersin Sayapark Shopping Mall. Unfortunately, since I purchased it on September 11th, 2022, the left shoe has developed an inside tear. I sent the shoes to Adidas for inspection, and they decided that the problem was not due to a factory defect. (By the way, the right shoe is fine.) I'm very disappointed that they refused to accept responsibility for the problem, especially since I've only had these shoes for a few months. All I want is for the shoes to be replaced or a refund to be issued as soon as possible. That doesn't seem too much to ask. If they do not cooperate and resolve the problem, I will be forced to take legal action. It's not fair that I should have to pay for a faulty product that wasn't my fault.
