4On March 29, 2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas Grand Court sneakers from the Deichmann store in İnegöl AVM, paying ₺2,600. However, the heel area of the shoes wore out very quickly. I had owned the same model before and used it for nearly two years without any issues, so I believe this problem is due to a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.
After noticing the issue, I returned to the store and had the product sent in for inspection. However, I was told that the damage was caused by user error, and the shoes were sent back without any action. My claim reference number is 80447.
I strongly disagree with the conclusion that such rapid wear could be considered user error. I am requesting a replacement for the defective product.
