Unauthorized $104.88 Charge by DeepL After Membership Cancellation – Refund Requested

I started a DeepL Translate trial membership on October 15, 2024, and provided my credit card information. I canceled my membership on November 14, 2024, and did not make any payments. However, today my credit card was charged 104.88 USD without my approval.
I have canceled my card with the bank and disputed this charge. The description on my card reads as follows: “SUB19AGMIUXU7K4922158939929DE.”
Please refund this payment immediately, as it was made without my knowledge or consent.

They registered with another Free user name besides the membership name I used, and no notification was made to that membership regarding the withdrawal from the credit card. I complained about this and decided to continue my membership through that account (since it was a more favorable price compared to current prices). They were quite attentive to the complaint. Be sure to report the situation through the company's own help page as well.
