I Can’t Resubscribe to DeepL Pro Monthly—Payment Fails

I’m trying to purchase a monthly subscription to DeepL Translator Pro, but I keep running into frustrating payment issues. I had previously subscribed for one month without problems, but now that I’m trying to re-subscribe, the system refuses to process my payment. I’m using a virtual card, and even though my bank approved the transaction just moments ago, DeepL still won’t accept the payment.

I contacted their support and received an email saying they’d get back to me within 5 days—it’s been over 10 days now, and I’ve heard nothing. I still can’t activate my subscription, and no one is helping me resolve the issue.

This is unacceptable for a paid service. The lack of timely support and poor billing system are pushing me to look for alternatives. DeepL, fix your payment system and respond to your users. I want immediate access to the service I’m trying to pay for. Enough delays—take action now.
