DeepL Trial Charged Without Notice and Translation Access Blocked


DeepL claims to offer a 30-day free trial but requires credit card details upfront. After providing my card information, the system logged me out and stopped granting access to the free translation services. Even when it did work briefly, it repeatedly removed me from the subscription.
To make matters worse, I discovered that 1000₺ was charged to my card without my consent. Now, I can’t continue using the service, and translations aren’t working at all. This is unacceptable for a platform that promotes itself as reliable.
DeepL, I demand immediate clarification, a refund of the unauthorized charge, and restoration of proper access to the service. This kind of experience is extremely frustrating for customers.


i have a problem too with my deepl account. this year i tried and they charged me right away after the trial period but i can not even log in to my accouht to enjoy the subscription i paid, and worst is i tried to recover my password but no response at all from deepl team. i can not even contact them through phone number or email.
