On March 26, 2026, I was charged US$34.49 for the period from 26/03/26 to 26/04/26 under invoice DI-20260326-6485, even though I did not use and did not need the service, including during the free trial period. After noticing this charge, I contacted DeepL customer support and requested a refund, but my request was rejected. Considering that the service was not used at all and the charge refers to a period in which I have no intention of using DeepL Pro Team, I find this situation unfair.
