DeepL Pro Charged Me After Trial Despite Canceling on Time

DeepL Pro Charged Me After Trial Despite Canceling on Time

I was using the DeepL Pro free trial, which was supposed to end on March 29. However, the platform never clearly stated what time the trial would end on that day. I canceled the subscription before the end of the day, but DeepL still issued an invoice for the full subscription amount.

Luckily, the charge didn’t go through because of insufficient funds—but I shouldn’t be invoiced at all since I canceled before the trial expired. This kind of unclear billing practice is unacceptable, especially when the subscription cost is so high.

DeepL, I’m asking you to cancel the invoice immediately. I followed the rules and canceled on time—don’t charge me for something I didn’t use.
