24I was using the DeepL Pro free trial, which was supposed to end on March 29. However, the platform never clearly stated what time the trial would end on that day. I canceled the subscription before the end of the day, but DeepL still issued an invoice for the full subscription amount.
Luckily, the charge didn’t go through because of insufficient funds—but I shouldn’t be invoiced at all since I canceled before the trial expired. This kind of unclear billing practice is unacceptable, especially when the subscription cost is so high.
DeepL, I’m asking you to cancel the invoice immediately. I followed the rules and canceled on time—don’t charge me for something I didn’t use.
