Decathlon Order Issues – Incorrect Item Sent, Delayed Refund, and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order through the Decathlon mobile app for a ski jacket and a raincoat. The ski jacket was too large, so I requested an exchange. After a long wait, I received a pair of women’s leggings instead of the jacket. When I requested another exchange, they informed me they’d process a refund instead. I also returned the raincoat for a refund, as it was too big. They assured me the refunds would be completed within 7 business days, but it’s been 15 days without any resolution.
Customer service seems unresponsive and uninformed about my case. No updates, SMS, or calls were provided throughout the return and exchange process. I feel incredibly disappointed and frustrated, as it's been a month, and I’m still without my jacket or refund. Decathlon, please address this issue promptly.
