Decathlon Canceled My Hiking Boots Order and Delivered to Wrong Location Twice
I ordered a pair of hiking boots from Decathlon, hoping for a hassle-free delivery experience. A week after I placed my order, I saw that the shipping status was marked as “canceled,” and I didn’t receive any notification from Decathlon about it. I reached out to them directly, and they promised to send it again. So, the package finally got dispatched, but guess what? It ended up at a pickup point that's a whole 30 km away from where I actually wanted it delivered! I contacted them again to point out the error. After yet another week of going back and forth, all I received was a “please be patient, sir.” This has been such a frustrating experience. I’m not asking for a lot, but a little something—maybe a discount code or just a nod of recognition—would really demonstrate that they appreciate their customers.
