Quechua Inflatable Mattress From Decathlon Was Defective - I Want Compensation

On July 15, 2024, I purchased a Quechua inflatable mattress from the Decathlon store in Eskişehir Espark Mall. However, I realized that the product I was given was both used and punctured. I was unable to use it and faced significant inconvenience. Because of this, I had to rent a mattress during my camping trip, which cost me an additional ₺1900. Although the product was replaced, my financial loss was not compensated. I am requesting reimbursement for this situation, especially the ₺1900 I had to spend on renting a mattress. I can see the product through my Decathlon account, but I do not have a physical invoice. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and despite contacting customer service, my grievance has not been resolved. I am expecting an urgent solution regarding this matter.
