On October 26, 2025, I purchased a 140×190 cm inflatable mattress from the Decathlon store (Invoice No: Clw2025000273508) using my credit card. When I went camping, I took the mattress out for the first time, inflated it, and within about 30 minutes, it deflated on its own — it turned out there was a leak.
Even though I had never used the product before, when I brought it back to the store, the staff claimed the problem was due to user error and refused my request for a refund or exchange. Additionally, I was quite uncomfortable with the attitude and lack of interest shown by the person introduced to me as the workshop supervisor.
When I purchased the product, it was sealed and undamaged, and I didn’t notice any visible defects. I have not yet contacted Decathlon customer service outside the store.
I request a full refund for the defective product, as I believe this issue is clearly not caused by user error.
