Thank you to Ms. Nihan, who works at the Izmir Balçova store. I think she is the only employee at that store who does her job properly.

On March 4, 2022, I purchased an Air Basic 140 cm inflatable mattress with Order No: 1-4365 from your Balcova store in İzmir. Despite careful use, I experienced deflation issues in July (while still under warranty) and submitted it to the Balçova store. They assured me they would inspect the product and inform us. After a few weeks, they confirmed a product exchange but mentioned the item was out of stock, promising to notify us upon availability. We've been waiting for a mattress replacement since July – it's been 4 months! During this period, did this product not arrive at any store in İzmir? Even if not in İzmir, was it not available in your online store? Setting aside İzmir, did you not have this mattress in any city in Turkey to address customer satisfaction and remedy the situation? I urgently request you to address my grievance.
