Decathlon's System Failure: Double Payments and Poor Service


I encountered a service problem with my order due to Decathlon's system failure. I placed and paid for the order, but shortly after, the system canceled it due to an error. The next morning, upon seeing the email notification, I called Decathlon, but they informed me that they couldn't do anything. I placed the order again, but the delivery was pushed three days later than the original order, which is not ideal as it's a present for my son's birthday. 😔 Despite calling and explaining, the customer service representative was cold-hearted and failed to resolve the issue, repeatedly stating they would forward the problem to the department. I ended up paying twice for the same product and, of course, did not receive a refund for the first one! What if I didn't have enough balance on my credit card? 😔 This heartless approach to a customer's concern is absurd. It's disappointing that people, now working from home, seem to have lost their sense of empathy. 🥺😞
