I ordered an elliptical bike from Decathlon's website, but they sent me a faulty product. I requested a replacement, and after waiting for about a month and a half, they told me they would send a new one. However, what arrived was another defective product, just like the first one. It has been 15 days since I last reached out, yet I have received no response, and my issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and failure to fix a simple problem has made this entire process unnecessarily difficult. I anticipated a higher level of service from a company such as Decathlon, but I find myself waiting without any resolution in sight. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I wish I hadn't chosen Decathlon for this purchase.

Hello Decathlon, My complaint was resolved 4 days after your response on March 20th saying "your complaint has been resolved." Your service just came and set up the new product. Thank you. However, I must say; the process took a very long time. I would have expected the resolution process to be faster from a corporate brand like Decathlon.
