Decathlon's Abrupt Order Cancellation

I just ordered something from Decathlon's website and was supposed to get it on the same day at the One Tower store. But, surprisingly, my order got canceled without any warning at 9:39 in the morning. On Saturday, I had a 16-minute chat with a customer service agent, where I asked about why my plans got canceled out of nowhere. After our conversation, I called the One Tower store, and they told me that they didn't have the item I wanted to buy. That's why they had to cancel my order. But, they canceled before they could find any other options, and they told me that they would refund the money I paid in advance within 3-7 business days. Because of a mistake with the store's inventory, I'm in a really unlucky situation. I want my complaint to be dealt with and fixed quickly.

Hello, The response you provided seems like an automated message, and I do not accept this answer. Yes, the refund was processed back to my account, but it wasn't as quick as the payment I made to you. I experienced this issue and suffered because your staff did not conduct a stock count or process it into the system. I understand that such problems occur frequently, so it would make more sense to charge the payment once the store confirms it. This mistake you made disqualifies you from being a company that sells sports products, etc. This is the first and, after yesterday, the last time I will shop from you. I am informing you that you have lost a customer.
