Decathlon's Defective Boots and Broken Promises

Hello, I used to fulfill nearly all my clothing needs through your company, including consistently buying the same model of your snow boots for years. However, my latest purchase presented a problem – it was letting water in. Due to a challenging surgical procedure (which I can substantiate with medical records), I couldn't use the product. Not properly, at least. After my recovery, I went to the Antares branch within the warranty period, and they confirmed the product was faulty and should be exchanged. But, they didn't have the exact same model and size in stock, so the exchange couldn't happen. For six consecutive times, they kept promising that the boots would arrive, but they never did. During one of these follow-ups, they once again confirmed the fault and said I could replace the product. But unfortunately, the product still didn't arrive, and they sent me away. Currently, on the sixth follow-up, they claim the product is available but, this time, they insist the product isn't faulty. They even accused me of not telling the truth. I'm extremely upset as this brand no longer stands behind its products, nor does it provide the same respectful and competent service it once did. I'm not a person who resorts to unfair or cheap tactics, even in pursuit of a product replacement, especially after all these years of trusting the quality and service of Decathlon. I'm already deeply disappointed, as the brand doesn't seem to value its customers or its own integrity. If the product isn't faulty, why were there two tests performed where each time, they confirmed it lets in water? If these tests aren't reliable, who will vouch for their accuracy? Of course, the product's price has gone up since I bought it. They simply don't want to facilitate an exchange and their tone and the injustice done to me deeply upset me. I won't stop here; I will escalate this complaint, including with the Dispute Resolution Board. Names and manners I've dealt with will be available if needed, as I intend to expose this brand on every possible platform. 😤
