Decathlon Offers No Solutions or Info Regarding The Shoes I Returned

I sent the item back for a replacement because it was faulty...but, even though it's been a month, they still haven't sent back the item I returned or replaced it. The thing I paid money for is still in their warehouses, and they haven't processed the exchange yet. They haven't only failed to complete the exchange, also refused to give me any reason for not returning the item that I paid for. This lack of communication and action is very irritating, and to be precise I'm super unhappy with the service as a whole.

Hello, it has been 4 days since you responded to my complaint, but I have not received any email or phone call from you.

I bought shoes from Decathlon, I am a runner. The first time I wore them, they caused blisters on my feet. I thought there was a defect in the product because I had not had any issues with products I previously bought from Decathlon. I sent the product back via MNG Cargo. The product reached their warehouse on 9/11/2023, but since that day, they neither sent the product back to me nor made an exchange. When I complained here a week ago, they responded saying they would get back to me, but a week has passed and there has been no response.
