Decathlon Won’t Respond After My Order Was Marked “Out For Delivery” for 6 Days
Using Decathlon's online platform proved to be annoying. I ordered some product ten days ago, and for six days they have been marked as "out for delivery." Clearly, the courier either misplaced the box or something else went wrong—which I can believe could happen. Still, the lack of response from Decathlon is very disheartaging. After four days, I contacted several times using all of their customer care choices—email, chat, and phone but still haven't heard anything. Lack of communication is intolerable. Now I simply want my money back and am not interested in the sequence.
