DateMyAge Charged Me 90 AED but I Cannot Use the Service

I purchased a subscription through Google Play on 29/05/2026 for the service “150 Credits/Mo (DateMyAge Mature & Senior Date)” provided by NERIVA SOLUTIONS INC., with order number GPA.3327-6837-8098-22192. An amount of 89.00 AED (about 90 AED including VAT) was charged to my Etisalat line ending in 6005. From the same day of purchase I have not been able to use the service properly. I cannot send messages or talk to anyone in the application, even though the subscription and payment were taken successfully. Because I cannot actually benefit from the credits or communicate with other users, this subscription is useless for me. Since I do not know how to request a refund directly in Google Play, I am writing this complaint to clearly state my request. I kindly ask for a full refund of the amount charged (around 90 AED) and cancellation of the DateMyAge subscription linked to this order, so that no further automatic monthly payments will be taken.
