Daikin Sensira 12000 BTU/h Order Cancelled


On June 7th, 2024, I ordered a Daikin Sensira 12000 BTU/h FTXF35E model from their website for ₺26,392, using my Bonus card with a 5-installment payment plan. I received an email confirming that my order was being prepared. Given the heat, I was eager to receive it, expecting the same quality as the Daikin unit my family has used for years.
However, on June 11th, 2024, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. The email said, "We regret to inform you that your order has been canceled. We hope to see you again soon," as if I had canceled it myself, which was shocking.
It took me 15 minutes to reach Daikin customer service, and another 35 minutes trying to connect with a representative, which I couldn't. The advisor mentioned that I had used an Otokoç discount but was not an Otokoç member. While I am indeed not an Otokoç member, I did not use any code for a discount; I simply made the purchase directly from their site, which seemed more straightforward.
Despite asking to speak with a supervisor, my call was abruptly ended. Additionally, they mentioned the refund would be processed in installments, and given the hot weather, this level of dishonesty and inconvenience is unacceptable from such a reputable company.
I urgently request a resolution to this issue. Otherwise, I will seek legal action. I have all the documents, including the listed price and the purchase confirmation, and the arbitrary cancellation is unacceptable.
I demand immediate attention and resolution.
The full payment was refunded to my card, and I want to exercise my right to purchase the device at the original price I paid!
