Daikin Vessen AC Service Problem

I called in a service request for my Daikin Vessen branded product 15 days ago due to its noisy operation. When the technician arrived, he mentioned that it needed to be cleaned, so I paid for the service. However, the product began to display an E3 error after that. When I contacted the store, they informed me that installation services would be delayed. When I contacted the service team and explained my wife's pregnancy as a special circumstance, I was met with the dismissive statement, "We don't conduct business with such lies." With temperatures reaching 50 degrees, it's difficult to believe, but everyone bears responsibility. Respecting customers and oneself is more important than selling products. When purchasing a product, the after-sales service process is critical. Separately, I commend the Hatay/Dörtyol dealer and service for their indifference. This experience serves as a cautionary tale about the value of genuine customer service.
