When I got a Daikin boiler, which was called a worldwide hit,  thought I had won the lottery. For good measure, they added the "smart boiler" tag. There was no way I could have known what a hassle it'd turn out...this boiler, so smart boiler breaks down so often that it's as if it doesn't like efficiency. The service network hasn't been very useful, not a shred of support to be found to be honest. I really think you should think twice before buying a Daikin if you're looking for a new heating partner. Do not believe that this side is greener. Let's hope that this complaint gets to the right person and changes things. maybe for others, me, I decided it's not what I need.

No, it didn't work. We are left out in the cold in the middle of winter. We don't even have hot water. Please try to understand us. There is no one I can go to in the city where I work. I trusted the brand and bought the product. They are not providing any feedback. Have a heart. Aren't you Daikin? If the product is faulty, please do what needs to be done. The boiler is not igniting, it is making a popping sound, and I am too scared to approach it. What are error codes 11-64, 11-66, 11-67? I am begging you now. Will the boiler be replaced or what will happen? Please resolve this. Let your General Manager protect the Daikin brand.

"We were only able to take one bath using the boiler in the past two weeks. The second time, we finished the bath shivering with cold water and then had to use poured water. We experienced this during winter days too, but back then we didn't have a baby. Now we have a 4-month-old baby at home, and we could have faced this in the snow and cold as well. Of course, no official would care. Two weeks ago, when the weather was cold, our baby got sick. We waited for the service for two days because it was the weekend and May 1st was in between. When we were taking our baby to the hospital, the service called and said they came but we weren't home. We explained that we had to take our child to the hospital because he was sick and asked if they could come after we returned from the hospital. The service worker said it was not possible and that they would come again sometime but couldn't give a specific day. This is how much they cared, even in winter. I will keep writing here until the process is concluded. Even if the company doesn't care, at least others will know what to expect and won't suffer like we did."

"The problem that we couldn't resolve with the service was quickly solved by customer service, thankfully. I don't know how the service is with other brands, but they really wear people out."
