Daikin RZASG125M7V1B U4 Error Code Unresolved Despite Multiple Attempts

On July 6, 2023, we contacted the service for our purchased Daikin RZASG125M7V1B product due to a U4 error code malfunction. The service stated that the part would be replaced under warranty and that the entries were made. However, despite contacting them multiple times, no response has been received. As of August 11, 2024, we are still waiting for a resolution and repair. Two summers and one winter have passed, and we are still waiting. I don't understand who will solve this problem. Is the lack of a solution due to Turkey or Japan? We are now writing our problem here or will tell the Japanese.
