Kärcher FC 7 Service Ignored My Water Receptacle Issue for 5 Months
I purchased the Karcher FC 7 machine in 2023, and after two years, the water receptacle part developed a problem. I took the machine to the Ümraniye Karcher Service in August 2024, where they informed me that the receptacle part needed replacement and would be ordered from Germany. Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved promptly, it has now been five months, and we are still waiting for this part. Repeated promises of updates have not been fulfilled, adding to our frustration. Despite contacting customer service and emailing Karcher daily, there has been no feedback or resolution. We are still waiting for a response or solution, but unfortunately, the company and its customer service seem indifferent to the customer's problem.
