Daikin Delays Conditioner Repair Service for Weeks
Daikin sells air conditioners but does not send service. Daikin company only sells and does not offer installation service. Such a brand disgraces itself in Turkey. The service will come for a week to install the air conditioner, but they neither return nor respond to any calls. You can only leave a message to customer service and they do not return. Sales, no service. If anyone is thinking of buying an air conditioner from Daikin, they should first try to call the service and then buy it because they do not make appointments and do not come. The headquarters is not interested because we reported it and the rest is your problem. Last year I bought a Mitsubishi air conditioner for work and they installed it 2 days later. The difference between these two brands can't be described. We decided to try Daikin, why no idea now, all regret.
