Daikin  Asked For A Fee For The First Installation of the Air Conditioner

I bought air conditioner from Daikin Turkey on 22/07/2023. As a result of the explanations of the sales representative, I bought a Daikin brand air conditioner by paying 2 times more than other brands in order to get better quality products and better service. On 26/07/2023, service personnel came to the air conditioner installation. Although there is an infrastructure for air conditioning in my house, they asked for a fee for the copper pipe welding done in the assembly. I was also threatened when I objected that there was no charge for the first assembly. I had to use air conditioner for my health. I had to pay the money. I do not accept this unfair gain of Daikin Turkey. I demand my money back from Daikin Turkey.
