Edreams Prime Subscription Cancellation

I had an active eDreams Prime subscription which I cancelled via the eDreams mobile app from South Africa, using the same account that was being billed on my credit card. After I cancelled, I did not receive any cancellation confirmation email, yet the subscription charges continued to be taken from my credit card for approximately four months. I contacted eDreams about these ongoing charges but I did not receive any response, and the situation has still not been resolved. It is very frustrating to keep being billed after cancelling, without any confirmation or assistance from customer service. I request that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled permanently so that no further payments are taken, and that I am refunded for the months in which I was charged after my cancellation, if possible. I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
