Daikin Air Conditioner Replacement Delayed Despite Promise
I have a Daikin air conditioner installed in Adana, Çukurova, which is approximately two months old, and it has already malfunctioned. Due to the grievance I experienced, I contacted your company and my complaint was answered on the same day, with a clear statement that the product would be replaced. Trusting that this commitment would be honored, I waited for the process to be completed. However, when I called your authorized service yesterday, I was told that they had no information at all about the product replacement that was communicated to me. When I contacted your call center, I was still given the answer that “your complaint is at the headquarters”. Once a replacement has been promised to the customer, it is not acceptable for me that the process does not move forward in any way and that different units provide different and contradictory information. I no longer want to wait. I request that the product replacement previously communicated to me be initiated immediately, that the necessary notification be sent to the authorized service, and that I be clearly informed of the exact date on which the replacement will be carried out. I do not accept that this application will be concluded only with a generic statement such as “it has been forwarded to the relevant department”, as happened with my previous applications. If a solution is not provided, I would like to state that, based on my rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, other competent authorities, using the existing service records, application records and the replacement decision that was communicated to me, together with all information and documents in my possession. At this stage, I do not expect a new explanation, but the actual implementation of the product replacement that has been promised to me. In order not to further damage the trust I have in the Daikin brand, I request that this matter be concluded without any further delay.
