On June 12, Daikin canceled the 24,000 BTU Kaira Air Conditioner I purchased from their website without delivering it to me. They sent notifications and emails saying the product had been shipped, notifications and emails saying the product had been delivered, and sent the invoice for the product. The service department called and scheduled an installation appointment for July 9. Everything seemed normal up to this point. On June 27, a lady called and said that the product could not be delivered to me and that they would issue a refund. I asked what she meant, telling her that the service department had already given me an installation date and that I thought the product would be brought by them. She said no, the product was sent to me and then returned to the factory. I asked if I wasn't at home to receive it, and she said no, that wasn't the case. I asked what the problem was, why it wasn't delivered to me and why they were issuing a refund. She said she didn't know and was only responsible for making the notification. I asked why they couldn't resend it and why they were issuing a refund. No answer. I asked for a solution, and she said to repurchase it. I've never had such a bad product experience in my life. Daikin is really just a garbage company that sells its name. The call center is just for show; none of the representatives have any information on anything. Look, they don't even know the tracking number for the product I bought from their own website. I asked the call center where the product was, and they said to call the service department if I wanted. This is truly an extraordinary disaster. I can't find or reach any authorized personnel or representatives. I thought they would be high-quality and disciplined because it's a Japanese company, but believe me, you shouldn't even go near them. The only thing they've learned from the Japanese is to train call center workers like robots. You ask 100 questions, and their only response is "the relevant department will get back to you." Look, not a single person has gotten back to me in two weeks.

Latest information: The company responded and suggested an amazing solution (!) by recommending that I repurchase the product. I believe they shamelessly conveyed this request in the joy of finding a fool who would wait another month. I thank them and wish that they experience this suffering they caused me many times over.
