Daikin Kaira 18,000 BTU Air Conditioner Order Delayed, Others Shipped Ahead!

recently ordered a Daikin Kaira 18,000 BTU air conditioner from Hepsiburada.com. The order number is 244 847 821. So, I picked Daikin on your platform and the promised shipment date came and went, and they didn't even give my order to the shipping company. To make things even worse, my buddy who ordered after me already got their order shipped. I can't believe how unprofessional and disorganized they are with processing orders. It's seriously mind-boggling.  they're fulfilling other orders and leaving mine behind.  to be honest, I don't know what to say... This whole lack of transparency gets on my nerves really. Plus, it makes your company look bad and stuff.  Like, seriously, how did you end up with such a messed up system?
