Daikin Kaira Air Conditioner - Outdoor Unit Replacement Delay and Lack of Customer Support

On July 17, 2024, we received the Daikin Kaira air conditioner, which we purchased with the assurance of Daikin, in the form of 2 outdoor units. However, we encountered an error and were unable to find anyone to resolve it. After making dozens of complaints from various places on this platform, we were contacted by Daikin. They stated that if we sent one of the outdoor units to the specified address using the provided return code, they would send us an indoor unit in exchange.
Since we had difficulty finding a contact person, we accepted their offer with hope and shipped the product a few hours later. The product was delivered, but even though I called customer service twice, they ignored my requests and did not send our replacement product. Payment was made upfront, but the promised service before the sale has not been fulfilled. We have been suffering financially and emotionally for 15 days in this hot weather.
From now on, no one should shop with a company that has this policy. I regret my decision and am filing this complaint. I will also take legal action at the first opportunity on Monday.
