As the owner of a Dacia Sandero Stepway 2023 Expression, I've had an unanticipated problem. Despite being under warranty and having only 22,000 kilometers on the odometer, the panel bearing the front emblem began to deform on its own, resulting in the emergence of cracks. Following a research, I uncovered similar complaints from other owners, causing me to take my vehicle to Dacia Hedef Zeytinburnu Service Center. They promised me that they would initiate a case and await Renault's clearance. However, after more than a week of waiting, when I called the service center for an update, they informed me that the matter had been closed and that no warranty coverage would be granted.
It is unreasonable for a prominent firm like Renault to deny warranty coverage for concerns that arise spontaneously in a 2023 model car that is less than a year old. When I bought my Dacia, I trusted Renault and Mais's assurances, but I was badly disappointed. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend it to anyone in my circle.
