I Face Compatibility and Quality Issues With Cybex Aton B2 Car Seat

On April 12, 2025, I purchased the Cybex Aton B2 infant car seat through Hepsiburada (Order No: 455 760 801 7), expecting both safety and quality from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, from the very first day of use, I have faced two serious issues.

First, the seat is not compatible with my car, which makes it unsafe to use for its intended purpose. I bought this product to protect my child, yet I cannot trust it to function properly due to the lack of compatibility. Second, the interior fabric continuously sheds white fibers, which not only reduces comfort but also raises hygiene concerns for my baby.

These issues completely undermine the reliability and safety I expected when investing in this brand. I demand that Cybex and Hepsiburada address these problems immediately, either by fixing the compatibility and fabric issues, or by providing a replacement or full refund.

As a parent, my child’s safety is my top priority, and I find it unacceptable that a premium product like this fails in such fundamental ways. I expect an urgent resolution and a clear explanation from the brand.
