Unauthorized CVwizard Subscription Charge Appeared on My Bank Card

I recently discovered an unexpected charge of R299 from Cvwizard on my Africa Bank card yesterday, even though I did not authorize any subscription or recurring payment, and did not knowingly sign up for such a service. I had no prior subscription with Cvwizard and was not informed that any payment would be taken, so this charge came as a complete surprise. After noticing the transaction, I contacted Cvwizard customer service, but I have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing and worrying. I request that Cvwizard urgently refund the full amount of R299 that was taken from my account and confirm that there is no active subscription or future charges linked to my details. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and to receive clear written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
