I had a paid subscription with Cvwizard, which I cancelled on the 19th. Despite cancelling my subscription, I was charged again today, about an hour ago, an amount of 299 ZAR from my credit card in South Africa. After noticing this unauthorized charge following my cancellation, I wrote an email to Cvwizard customer service, and they replied that they would respond, but so far, nothing has been resolved. I request an immediate refund of the 299 ZAR that was charged after my cancellation and confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled so that no further payments will be taken from my card.
